Doya is a modern Aegean restaurant and bar in Wynwood, Miami. We serve plates to share (‘meze’) from Greece and Turkey. Meze culture is based on the principle that food tastes better when shared - especially when shared with people you love.

Our restaurant has been designed around a theatre-style, open kitchen, and a beautifully designed bar, merging indoor and outdoor spaces to create a vibrant, energetic experience. 

Simple, Honest Cooking

We care less about unnecessary formalities and more about warm, genuine hospitality. And since food can only be as good as the quality of its ingredients, we focus on seasonality and using the best we can get our hands on. 

We prepare most of our food over wood fire and charcoal. We believe in pure and honest cooking with loud colours and big, bold flavours. We favour vegetarian and vegan options just as much as meat and fish. We update our menu constantly and offer daily changing specials.

Meet Executive Chef Erhan Kostepen

Executive Chef Erhan Kostepen, honoured with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, leads our kitchen team. His expertise and passion for Aegean cuisine are at the heart of what we do at Doya.

Chef Kostepen's journey began in Izmir, Turkey, where he grew up above a restaurant and discovered his passion for Aegean cuisine. Under the guidance of his mother, he honed his skills from a young age. Before Doya, he co-founded and led Miami's Mandolin Aegean Bistro, bringing Aegean flavours to the city's dining scene. His experience spans various esteemed kitchens in Miami, Istanbul, and Izmir.
